The Frank Scholars are a group of 14 Washington State University students who strive to exploit their passion.

We spend two years in the Harold Frank Engineering Entrepreneurship Institute, taking classes on entrepreneurship.

We took two immersion trips: a week in Silicon Valley, CA and three days in Seattle, WA. During this time we spent time networking, touring, and bettering ourselves. Companies visited include: Rocket EMS, Tesla, Whipsaw, Intel, PACCAR, Playground Global, Zoox, Proofpoint, SLAC, lululemon, Microsoft, Amazon, Tableau, and OfferUp.

The most important skill I've fostered in the Institute is my interdisciplinary leadership. I've learned how to work with professionals in tons of different fields and learned to lead diverse teams.

Check out my impromptu personal pitch!

Ray Combs, CEO/CTO of Sprimo, hosted us in his beautiful home in Silicon Valley. He challenged each of us to give a pitch in front of a room full of investors, entrepreneurs, and all around success stories!

EXPLOIT YOUR PASSION

The most important lesson I learned as a Frank Scholar is to pursue what pulls on your heart and mind. Find you passion. Exploit it.

I currently serve as the Director of Internal Affairs for the Frank Scholars Society.
